An inspiring and incredibly beautiful island, Santorini is mesmerising. Full of Greek charm with an excellent array of restaurants, cobbled back streets with hidden tavernas and white washed walls with beautiful blue roofs, it is a wonderful place to visit.
From the black sands of Perissa Beach to the beautiful white sands of White Beach, it is an attractive and easy island to explore. With a range of charming boutique hotels, some of which are carved into the cooling stone, it is a calm and romantic place to visit. Santorini is arguably most famous for its wonderfully coloured sunsets, the ideal place to relax and watch these with their Caldera views is when staying in Oia. Oia is a popular place to stay with boutique hotels such as the Kirini, Santorini. With the mesmerising views it is no wonder why many of the hotels are in demand from May through to October.
Another one of our favourite areas is Imerovigli, from here there are a vast array of restaurants to sample and beautiful hotels offering breathtaking views and a little more space, stay at the Grace Hotel, or the Chromata Hotel for a seafront views, fine dining and privacy.
For the more culturally minded you can visit the ancient Thera for the day or alternatively one of the wine caves offering locally made Greek wines. The ideal place for a honeymoon, mini-moon or summer holiday it is one of our favourite places for couples to escape to and relax. With many hotels offering full privacy with outdoor jetted tubs or private swimming pools, you will find it hard to leave the infinity pools and rooftop bars with their stunning views.
