The Son Brull Hotel & Spa is a beautiful boutique hotel located on the north of the island of Majorca. In its past life the hotel was a monastery, but has now been transformed into one of the island’s leading hotels. It is family owned and run and full of sophisticated style with plenty of charm. There are just 23 rooms and suites and four villa suites in the hotel. There are two choices for dining, the much acclaimed Restaurant 365 or the bistro and there is also a bar for a post-dinner digestif. The Restaurant 365 is sensational with locally foraged and grown ingredients showcasing the best of Majorca through the seasonal tasting menu. At the bistro the chefs at the hotel will also be happy to adapt menus for children or to dietary requirements, it is well worth eating here.
